From what the ad says it has a high concentration of polyphenols but oh my G*d the taste is pretty tough, it has no delicious olive oil flavor, for 50/+ a bottle these two will be my first and last unfortunately.
This is definitely a high-quality olive oil. I use it for my salads and breads. I do prefer WellEatables 1500 count for my shots as it is a bit smoother and much higher polyphenol count.
