Absolutely love this olive oil. You can tell it’s high quality from the taste alone — smooth, rich, and perfectly peppery. I’ve been taking it as a morning shot with lemon and also using it on salads and sourdough. Makes me feel good knowing it’s high in polyphenols and actually clean ingredients.
