Fresh, flavorful, but a bit bitter

I recently tried the "Laudemio Tuscany High Polyphenols Extra Virgin Olive Oil", as I love olive oil, and don't ever want to miss a chance to try more. It was good for me, but not liked as much by my family.Pros:+ Freshness: The oil is from a recent, single early harvest. Marked on bottle, and clear from the taste.+ Quality Packaging: Nice packaging, and dark glass protecting from damage from the sub.+ Flavor Profile: Excellent. I think it is called "bright", which is very much feels fresh and highly flavorful in my mouth.Cons:- Bitterness: While I appreciate the slightly bitter taste, which is supposed to be typical of these high-polyphenol oils, it was a bit much for my family. They are more used to subtler, lighter tastes.Overall, the "Laudemio Tuscany Olive Oil" stands out. It is fresh, it tastes good, and would be a nice complement not only on salads, but as a side dish by itself. Some pita dipped in olive oil and za'taar requires these quality oils.

Delicious!

I do not often splurge on higher end olive oil, but gave this a shot. Got some fresh baguette and seasons some oil for dipping and it was awesome! Much better than the basic olive oil form the store. I am not a particular olive oils person so I am not sure how else to describe it other than just delicious!

Good olive oil that seems like it should have more flavor

I use a lot of olive oil, and I had high hopes for this. Howver, the flavor just didn't have the rich taste that I was hoping for. Obviously, this is very subjective but for the price of this olive oil, I was hoping for more flavor. That being said, the additional health benefits are all there listed on the description and I have no doubts that it is acurate. It is a light color (not a deeper richer green like some other higher quality oils). Again, it does not taste bad: I've used it in salad dressings, dip for bread, and for cooking and it has been fine.

Tasty

Definitely an olive foward taste profile, works well when blended for a vinagrette. Personally, I find it somewhat of waste if used for sauteeing or frying of proteins.

Delicious EVOO

Great smelling, great tasting extra virgin olive oil. Given the great taste, and that it's EVOO, we've been using it for things like salad dressings and dipping. Tastes very clean and light. Little pricey, but for sparing use in situations where the oil itself dominates the flavor, this is a great option.
