This honey is very high-quality the syrup separates from the sugar at the bottom, which tells you that the honey is very high-quality. It taste amazing. I would definitely recommend this honey to anybody. I have nothing bad to say about it at all. I would highly recommend.

Tasty light honey

This is a very nice light honey (in color, flavor, and texture). It is very sweet (but with some complexity), and a nice option if you like lighter honeys. I have not been able to detect any lavender in it, but the flavor is very pleasant.The jar was well-packaged in a box to help it arrive in perfect condition.

This is a really lovely honey and I also really like supporting small businesses. This honey comes so securely packaged in a great box with rigidity so you can be sure it will ship safely. There's a pamphlet inside that lets you know more info about the owner and their production process and philosophy. This would be great as a gift!
