Raw Honey from Sardinia, Italy

I ordered this once before and its bitter but tasty. Unique.Sadly, my second order arrived as a gooey mess. The seal is intact but doesnt mean a thing if the lid was not on right. On detailed inspection, the lid wasnt screwed on and a bunch leaked out. Honey gets runny in 100deg summer day.Now i may die early cause my blue zone honey didnt arrive in the jar!!!!Notified the seller, and they responded quickly and super friendly. Way better service and concern than other sellers. They apologized and sent me a new shipment. Its good honey and good service if you need it!
The honey was bitter and inedible and not able to be returned. It tastes horrible no one can eat it and something was clearly wrong with it!!
High quality product read all about the history of this product very interesting. And packaging was top notch!!
This honey is amazing! Soooo bitter! Great quality! Thank you!
Seen in an Italian travel series hosted by Stanley Tucci, this very exotic honey comes only from the island of Sardinia off the coast of Italy in the Mediterranean where it is called "Bitter Honey" (for good reason!) As a single source honey, it is harvested solely from the flowers of the Wild Strawberry grown on the island. This plant is actually a tree and not related at all to the ground berry you're used to. Probably the strongest flavored honey I've ever had, it certainly is the strangest though not unpleasant (warning: I prefer full-flavored single source honeys). Sweet, grainy, medium amber, the aroma reminds me faintly of the smoke used in honey collection. But its profile is due to the bizarre flowers of this tree. Not for the faint of heart, the honey has a strong flavor of wood ash on the aftertaste. I really like it for its truly bizarre flavor and uniqueness. Due to the bizarre nature of the flavor, I eat it plain out of the jar as I cannot imagine it in baked goods unless they're savory. Certainly the strangest honey I've had but, again, not unpleasant at all, just unique. If you are a honey connoisseur, you need to try this honey.
Pure expression of Sardinia’s wild and diverse landscape. Produced by Terrantiga, a cooperative of nomadic beekeepers, each variety—from wildflower to eucalyptus to the rare strawberry tree—captures the island’s unique flora and rich biodiversity. Unfiltered and cold-extracted, Terrantiga's honeys are sustainable and packed with natural flavor and nutritional benefits.

Great tasting oil. Glad to find a EVOO with high concentration of polyphenols.
On my second bottle 🤩
Quality is superb. The main part is that you are able to sweet it to your taste with sweetener of your choice (I choose honey) as opposed to many other competitors.
Love this olive oil, smooth with a nice bite on the finish!
Chose this one for the very high polyphenol content as I had a small stroke 3 months ago. So I’m fighting back!
Found it to be very smooth, very little burn back of my throat. Taking 1oz. Twice a day early morning then before bedtime. I actually sleep better I'm 83 and I truly believe I'm feeling better.
