Laudemio Sorgenti

From Renaissance Roots to Award-Winning Excellence
Nestled in the hills of Bagno a Ripoli just outside Florence, Fattoria Le Sorgenti is a historic estate built around 1380, named after the natural springs that still run through the land. Since 1959, the Ferrari family has overseen the cultivation of 17 hectares of olive groves, producing exceptional extra virgin olive oil using traditional Tuscan cultivars and sustainable, manual farming. As a proud member of the Laudemio consortium since 2003, the estate consistently earns international acclaim for its bold, aromatic oils.
