This is my first time trying honey from Sardinia, Italy, and I am very impressed with the rich flavor. I used it on some toast with butter, and it tasted so sweet and luxurious. I am wowed that the beekeepers have been crafting this honey for over 150 years! It is more crystallized than other honeys I have tried, even those made locally by small producers, so it is not completely clear. Mine arrived well packaged with cardboard protection, which is more environmentally friendly than bubble wrap. It was very crystallized when it arrived (almost solid!), so it ended up taking lots of time and heat baths to get it to a consistency I could spread. This was the only downside of this honey. Now that the consistency is more "normal," I can enjoy this delicious treat.

This is some really great lavender honey! It has a good, strong honey flavor. It's a nice size jar that is packed really well. Great on toast or in tea!

Never knew honey would come in different flavors . Love to add honey instead of sugar in my tea or have it with a toast . It gives a nice flavor. So happy using it.
