Absolutely love this olive oil. You can tell it’s high quality from the taste alone — smooth, rich, and perfectly peppery. I’ve been taking it as a morning shot with lemon and also using it on salads and sourdough. Makes me feel good knowing it’s high in polyphenols and actually clean ingredients. Definitely one of the best olive oils I’ve tried!
