Good and Versatile

So good! I love to top golden slices of fried cornmeal mush with butter and a dollop of this marmalade. Paired with ham, bacon, or country sausage and some crisp hashbrowns, it makes for a great Saturday brunch. Good served on ice cream or as part of a ham glaze, too.

Best Marmalade I've Bought!

Having a passion for Marmalade, I've bought many, many brands over the years... always disappointed by either added ingredients not healthy or affecting taste, or the much too sweet flavor which shouldn't be the case in a good Marmalade.This Marmalade is so delicious I admit to consuming the contents of the jar in one day! Not typical for me but it has been a year since purchasing, and it is so delicious I couldn't resist. So, yes, it is a bit costly, but I'm frugal in many things, don't intend to be with this product.As for many reviewers' comments about consistency, I find it perfect for spreading on toast. I prefer this rather than the many Marmalades that use pectin to thicken their product, lessening the flavor of their final product.

A marmalade lover's dream! But a better value can be found in a very similar product.I love marmalade that has lots of pulp, and is not too sweet. This is really the perfect marmalade, as far as I am concerned, except for one problem: The PRICE! It's 8.1 oz for $12.47 ($10.60 on Subscribe and Save). That's just too much, I'm sorry. There is another brand that makes "Sicilian Blood Orange Marmalade". (I probably can't say its name here, but it starts with B.) The other product is very similar to this one in taste and consistency. True, it costs a couple dollars more, but it's a much larger jar, at 12.4 ounces. Better value. I'll stay with the other brand.
